Who we are

What this website collects

This website has no forms, no sign-up and no accounts. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we use website analytics, it is cookie-free and shows only overall visit counts, not individual visitors. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. See our Cookie policy for details.

When you contact us

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, number, email address and information about your business. We use them only to reply to you and discuss your enquiry. We do not sell them or share them with anyone for marketing.

If you book a call through our booking page, Google Calendar receives the name, email address and time you choose, and we use them only to hold the call.

How client projects work

We set up and connect workflows on systems that our clients own and control: their own n8n instance, their own server or cloud account, and their own accounts and credentials for tools such as email, WhatsApp, Google Sheets and accounting software.

How long we keep enquiry details

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to you and for normal business records, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@stackrev.dev. We aim to reply within 30 days.
